Will you credit check me for my Chosen Handset Package?

No. Sunshine Mobile will not credit check you for any application unless we deem necessary. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Will my handset be insured?

Sunshine Mobile can offer you insurance for your new upgraded smartphone. We strongly advise all customers to take out insurance to protect their handset.

Will my Application be refused?

No. As long as you have kept up with your initial first 3 monthly payments your Smartphone will be despatched accordingly. Please see our terms and conditions for more info

What happens if I am uable to make one of the payments within the first 3 months?

So long as you contact us first before your payment is due and you don't have any arrears on your account we will happily re-schedule your payment to another date of your choice without it adversely affecting your 3 months wait.

How many times can I re-schedule my payments and will I still get my handset if I do this more than once?

There is no limit to the number of payments you can re-schedule so long as you have not been in arrears on any existing payments. So long as you pay your 3 months (12 weeks) payments on time your handset will be dispatched accordingly.

Is there a cost to my Handset and Airtime?

Yes , there is cost to upgrade with Sunshine Mobile. Your handset cost will be attached to a tariff with a monthly fee. A wide range of handsets and tariffs are available for you to choose from. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

How often can I upgrade?

Sunshine Mobile offers upgrades after month 21 of your 24 month contract. Terms and conditions apply.

Can I upgrade to any handset after my contract has expired?

Sunshine Mobile offers a range of handsets and tariffs for your upgrade. Please contact us or view our terms and conditions for more guidance.
